Winter Walk of Lights
Join the GSLC Hiking Group on Sunday, January 5, for a self-paced stroll through the Winter Walk of Lights at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. Meet at 5:00 p.m. near the front doors of the Meadowlark Botanical Garden Visitor Center. Ample parking is available near the Visitor Center. Cost: Just $5 per person over the age of 2. (Our Congregational Care and Nurture Ministry is underwriting most of each ticket price.) Guests are welcome!
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes to walk the 0.6 mile, slightly rolling paved pathways through the light displays. Food and drink are available for purchase along with light-up wearables and handheld toys. The paths are wheelchair accessible.
We need an approximate headcount to purchase tickets ahead of time, so please sign up by December 23. The event will be held whatever the weather.
