Support the North County Hypothermia Shelter with items (hats, mittens, etc.) for their clients. During cold weather, these items will help those who are homeless to make it through the winter.
We believe that we are called to actively share the Good News of Jesus Christ through word and deed.
One way we share is by serving one another and our neighbors in our community and throughout the world.
We know that love of God and love of neighbor are inseparable. We respond to God’s love for us by helping one another in countless ways, from helping out at the food pantry to working behind the scenes to ensure that Sunday worship (virtual or in-person) runs smoothly. By serving and honoring others, we serve and honor God.
We hope you’ll join us in being God’s hands and feet in the world.

Serving at Good Shepherd
When we begin to resume more in-person worship, fellowship, meetings, and other gatherings, our opportunities for service within the Good Shepherd community will increase. You'll be able to find places to volunteer by searching below and clicking on the "Categories" box to hep you sort through service options.
What if I don't have any "skills"?
For most of our volunteer positions, no special skills are needed. But if special skills are needed, we'll train you.
What if I volunteer and find it's not a good fit?
No worries. Just let your team leader or ministry head know about the mismatch, and we'll help you find another way to serve.
