An Invitation Not to Be Ignored

Posted by Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on

Welcome to this virtual worship service. In the Message, Pastor James shares the good news that Jesus has extended a special invitation to us—not with an email or a card, but with His own words and love: “Come to me, all who labor and are all that are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Our service opens and closes with joyful songs of praise: “All Creatures of Our God and King,” led by the Praise Band, and “Rejoice O Pilgrim Throng,” the closing hymn. For the choral anthem, the Sanctuary Choir offers a stirring version of “Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory,” and organist Todd Grivetti sends us on our way triumphantly with “America the Beautiful” as the postlude.

Before you begin watching the service, you may want to open the bulletin so you can follow along.

Please also fill out and submit our "virtual welcome card," which you will find by clicking here.

May you be blessed as you worship at home today and in the coming days.
