When religious leaders asked Jesus “Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?” they were trying to trick Him – and He knew it. He answered, “Render unto . . . God the things that are God’s.” In today’s service, Pastor James points out that Jesus’ answer rests in God’s declaration: “Let us make man in our image.” We belong to God, and He deserves our first and best. Lift every voice and sing to God, whose promises are true: “Yes and Amen.” Join us for worship!
