It's in the Image

Pastor James highlights that Jesus’ famous words, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s,” reveal a deeper truth about identity and devotion. While a coin bears Caesar’s image, we bear the image of God, meaning our whole lives belong to Him. He challenges us not to measure our worth by wealth, possessions, or power, but by the God who created, sustains, and redeems us. True faith is more than giving God occasional offerings; it is joyfully surrendering our hearts, time, gifts, and lives to His service. As God’s image-bearers, we reflect His love by showing compassion, generosity, and care to those around us.
