Living in shallow waters is a problem for Christians who have only experienced a small part of God’s grace and have not yet felt the excitement of going deeper. Why not trust Jesus and explore deeper faith? Join Pastor James as he invites us to dive into the “deeper waters of discipleship” to discover mysteries, wonders, and a better life. Peter's journey into these deeper waters led to his confession and challenges us to do the same. We are called through our baptism to engage in God’s mission, which does not wait for us to feel ready. Like Peter, we are encouraged to “Put out into the deep water,” trusting in God’s mercy and love.
