The Hard Side of Love

Pastor James emphasizes Jesus' command in Luke 6:27 to love our enemies. He questions whether, as a Christian nation, we are embodying Jesus' values of love, or rather, those of power and violence. Pastor James suggests that Jesus calls us to love our enemies because He loves them, too. By seeing our enemies as fellow sinners, we can demonstrate love and stand united in Christ's love for humanity.
