The Way to Eternal Life

Join us this Sunday as Pastor Johann weaves everyday encounters into a powerful reflection on the Gospel message. Good Shepherd's Maundy Thursday served up more than tradition—it unfolded into a series of moments filled with vulnerability, irony, and longing, from a church slip to a solitary roadside stop. In that stillness, the Good Samaritan came alive—not as a parable, but as a missed opportunity, echoing the tension between action and avoidance. Legal fears and social norms can hold us back, but Scripture points us toward grace—not performance—as the source of genuine compassion. Christ alone fulfilled perfect righteousness, and through His love, we are empowered to extend mercy and walk toward others, even when no one walks toward us.
